Runtime Exception Error

Hi,
We run local and remote file backups daily. The same backups have run flawlessly for several years until now. The remote backup is to Amazon S3. About 2 weeks ago my backups to S3 started failing with a runtime exception error. My local backups continue to run well. I have run a data integrity check for the destination and this comes back with errors also. I have tried to upload my system log file to this message but receive a message that the extension log is not allowed. Can you please advise me on how to fix?
