Restoring from another Cloudbacko install

Postby rdwild » Wed Aug 22, 2018 8:32 am

I followed these instructions:
You can use a backup of the configuration found on the storage destination the backup file your destination storage settings folder is called %hostname%-YYYY-MM-DD.xml.cgz

To import the %hostname%-YYYY-MM-DD.xml.cgz on CloudBacko UI please use the following steps:

1. in CloudBacko Pro/Lite UI click on [Utilities]
2. On next screen select [Ex/Import Settings] and click on [Import Now]
3. Select the location you wish to save the %hostname%-YYYY-MM-DD.xml.cgz file and click "OK"

When I try to import the %hostname%-YYYY-MM-DD.xml.cgz file, it says "Failed to import settings [Reason: Corrupted profile (settings.sys)
It does this for every file I try to import. They can't all be corrupted, can they?
