Upgrade problem (2.9.0.1 to 3.3.2.1)

Hi,
I'm trying to update my CloudBacko installation (window server 2016) from version 2.9.0.1 to 3.3.2.1.

After the download of the update file the following happens:
* cloudbacko asks to restart
* the "please wait" message is visibile for few minutes
* a command prompt is visibile with only one line printed "start update application process"
* at the end the application restart but the version is still 2.9.0.1

What can I do to fix this issue?
