Failed to access CloudBacko

When I try to access cloudBacko I get the error:

"Failed to read license. Reason=[PBEInputStream.init] Failed to obtain IV from input stream.

It is possible to recover the backups, and because I did not receive alert of that fault.

Starting from January 2018, all paid users of CloudBacko Pro and CloudBacko Lite are entitled to get Ticket Support service from our Customer Service Team upon presentation of your License Key.

For your enquiry, can you please submit your case through our ticket system @ ... ticket.jsp
