SQL Server Backup source comes blank

Postby zekib » Fri Dec 22, 2017 11:09 pm

I was using CloudBacko Pro. for a long time. Recently I updated to v3.3.0.1. After that my backup set for Microsoft SQL started giving errors : Cannot start shadow copy, Reason=null

I tried to create a new backup set. But I am not able to select source. A blank error message comes and a blank screen comes as source.

Thanks

Hi,

Regarding to your issue, could you please send us the client log files for our investigation first?

If the log is too large you can copy the backup log to Dropbox, OneDrive, Google drive etc and share the link on this thread?

Please refer to the article as follow for the log location on your machine:

Hi Stephen,

After new version. I am not able to select source for my SQL database. A blank error message comes and a blank screen comes as source.

I am not sure if I can send a log showing this.

Thanks

Hi Zeki,

Thank you for your reply. As for us to get a clear picture, would you please make a screen capture and send us for investigation? Moreover, would you also check the Event Viewers application log to see if there are any VSS error?
