Reinstalling Cloudbacko Pro license issue

Our cloudbacko pro crash after upgrading. We reinstall it. We have the license key and is verified. The prob is it is sending the application file to our old email domain which is already not existing. Can you assist us in retrieving our activation file

May I ask which Cloudbacko version are you using? Normally, you will be prompted to enter your email address again after entering your license information. You should be able to receive the activation file with the entered email address.
