Incremental Backup failing - because it already exists

Hi Support,

Please could you assist with the following error. I have done a full backup to OneDriveForBusiness and on the next incremental it has failed with the below:

ERROR,Services,"Failed to run schedule backup, backup set \"Hyper-V Backup(1510311704926)\" , \"DestinationPool-1(1510311828875)\". Reason=\"[1510311828875] [f] [BlockDB.init][Exception] Error initializing bptree, F:\\Temp\\CloudBacko Pro\\1510311704926\\Pooled@1510311828875\\bfTable.bdb, Error=[Bptree.init] Failed to create 'F:\\Temp\\CloudBacko Pro\\1510311704926\\Pooled@1510311828875\\bfTable.bdb' because it exists already, caused by [f] [Bptree.init] Failed to create 'F:\\Temp\\CloudBacko Pro\\1510311704926\\Pooled@1510311828875\\bfTable.bdb' because it exists already\""

We are trialling the software with the intention of purchasing, if we are happy.

Hello,

To help us looking into this issue, could you please provide us with the Cloudbacko client log files for our investigation?

You can copy the log files & screenshots to Dropbox, OneDrive, Google drive etc and share the link on this thread for us to download?

Please can I have a support email address to send the logs to as I do not want to post these publicly.
