Problem with transferring license

Hello, I'm trying to transfer my CloudBacko license to another computer. I've uninstalled it from the old machine and installed it on another machine. But when I enter the license key I get the message 'You have entered an invalid license key'. Can you please advise.

Hi Tim,

Please try the steps in page 91 of this guide to transfer your license and backup sets to your new machine: viewtopic.php?f=94&t=1679

Hi, I've followed the steps but I cannot activate CloudBacko on the new machine with my license key.
