For the restore as raw files. We ran test and were able to reproduce the same issues and working with our development team on this one.
About the restore, there should not be any issues with this so need to ask
- was this to the original location or alternative?
- was the backup to a local or cloud destination?
- the log is quick short, so would like ask about the backup source selection. Was the whole domino selection made?
To check on the issue further, is there any chance you can provide us with the logs from the backup? Would like to review the logs to see if there was any problems that may caused the issue.
Also, could you try running the restore in debug mode to help check for any additional errors?
Please use a editor such as notepad to open the RunCB.bat file located under C:\program files\CloudBacko\bin
Once the file is open, please find
DEBUG_MODE=""and edit this to
DEBUG_MODE="--debug"cd c:\program file\cloudbacko pro\bin
runcb.bat > c:\debug.log
This should start up CloudBacko in debug mode. Please run the restore and once the restore has completed, please send a link to the C:\debug.log and the backup logs.
If there are any message that is displayed on the command prompt window, can you also send us a screenshot of this and also copy the backup logs to Dropbox, OneDrive, Google drive etc and share the link on this thread for us to download?
