License Violation problem

Postby dantci » Sat Feb 25, 2017 3:23 am

we bought CloudBacko Pro and later installed a vmware module for testing, after expiring now we can't use our original cloudbacko. I tried reinstalling and it didn't solve the problem.

License Violation! Your total installations of CloudBacko Pro software and modules used under License Key "********-****-****-a0f9-71551fea7854" exceeded the maximum allowed usage since September 30, 2016.

You can view the details of this license violation problem in the Settings > License page of your CloudBacko Pro software.

You need to resolve this problem before October 07, 2016 by:
(1). uninstalling the exceeded software and deleting all the backup sets created by the exceeded modules, or (2). buying more licenses.

Otherwise, all your CloudBacko Pro software using this license key will be disabled. If you have already uninstalled the exceeded CloudBacko Pro software or deleted the exceeded backup sets, you will not receive this email after 2 days.

Hello,

I have reactivated your license, please restart the Cloudbacko service to see if this help to resolve the problem.
