License violation after server rebuild

We rebuilt our backup server and installed Cloudbacko again (using the license details recovered this support forum) but now I am getting a license violation.

I have removed all the old backup sets from our cloud storage but the messages are still popping up. The backup service is now disabled!

How do I fix this? I have activated the grace period in the meantime.
