Hello,

I sent PM to the CB.support manager and haven't heard back. Our backups will be shutdown soon! Please help!

I purchased Pro last spring. It has been working fine for the last year.

For some reason, my client now says I have 29 days left on my trial.

Please send me my full key, or instructions so my software is reactivated.

Hi Jeff,

Sorry, wasn't sure where to post my license request.

So, I was able to activate the key, but now it appears the license isn't being applied:

CloudBack Pro V1 Full Version
Item Allowed Used (This Computer)

CloudBacko Pro Software 1 0

This is the only server we have the software running on. But it acts like the license isn't be used on the server.

I've restarted the server. Is there something else we must do to use the license?

Hello,

May I ask if you have got any error message? Could you please provide us with the Cloudbacko client log files for further investigation?

You can copy the log files to Dropbox, OneDrive, Google drive etc and share the link on this thread for us to download?

The license did finally properly apply -- I'm not sure what happened.

Anyway, we have a new problem, and I'll start a new thread. This ticket can be closed.
