Problem with license

Hello we bought on July CloudBacko pro. The invoce number is #CC-xxxx sent to Ismael@3dtres.com.
Now the software is tell us :
Your trial period has expired ... ... and give to options : Import the license , Buy full version
what we have to do?.
Could you please send the license file....

We did all on-line .. and we have part of the license key .
