There is a problem with dropbox for business i think its picking the Quota up incorrectly because its shared storage and fails backup

Can you us what is the storage quota on your DropBox account?

To help to get clearer picture of your DropBox backup problem. Do you mind copying the full set of backup logs to a Dropbox, OneDrive, Google drive etc and share the link on this thread for us to download?

Business minimum is 5 terabytes that's what i was using.
i have since moved to a pro account so this is not a problem for me anymore just though you would like to know of the problem.
Sometimes it wont even let you connect to the Business Dropbox.

I have already escalated the problem to our developers who are looking into the problem now.

You mentioned you moved to a "DropBox pro account". Do you telling what is the storage quota for this account?

Hello,

We have perform backup/restore tests using our own DropBox for Business accounts and we do not encounter any issues with both backup and restore.

Do you mind creating another backup set and backing to your DropBox or Business account again to confirm this error?

Hello,
I Have the same problem. It gives me the same mistake for a few weeks. I have an account dropbox business with 5TB of capacity and 250Mb used. If I try to create the new one it gives me mistake on having validated the safety code: " DropboxManager.login Failed to access Dropbox "

To check on this problem, we need to have a look at the logs to see if there are any other details from files that could help us understand the cause.

Would you mind creating a dummy account under your Dropbox business, send us the credential through private message in this forum and let us try it here ? This error doesn't come up under our Dropbox business account.

I have created and proved with another account of dropbox inside my account of dropbox company and it works correctly.

The only thing that happens to me and that I think that it coincides in dates is that it associates my account of company with my personal account of dropbox, for if it uses them as help.

In dropbox links my personal account with my business account and I believe that this it could be the reason, though a hypothesis is alone.

Thank you for getting back to us.

We have already ran through this scenario with connection of personal accounts to business account, connection of personal accounts to business account where the personal account storage quota was full or more than 100% of quota, and disconnection of personal account from the business account. But we were not able to replicate your error.

If you recall any other settings which may have caused this problem please let us know.
