Backup job failing (#11308)

Hello Team,

We are facing Exchange Server Database backup failing. Which a alarming situation for because we don't any further backup.

I already removed temp directory after stopping java and run a manual job from CloudBackoPro but all in vain:(

Hi Adnan,

Looking at the latest backup log we can see the error is from

[2015/05/10 05:58:01] [erro] [1418567040170] No *.edb found for database "Microsoft Exchange Server\Microsoft Information Store\XXX\XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX"

This is actually reporting that is cannot find the .edb file under the cloud storage and is reporting the issue. While it has reported the file missing, the backup has continued and you can see from the log that it was able to upload the database file. With the file being uploaded, you should not see this error again on the next backup.

Also, did have a look at the first log (2015-05-06-23-00-00.log) and we can see that the backup was interrupted. It is possible that the interruption had stopped the completion of the file upload.
