Hi Rafael,

I just scheduled CloudBackoPro trial on one server. I am facing two issues with that server CBP client.

1. Auto backup job is not running which i scheduled there? If i try to run manual job it starts full backup instead of incremental?

2. Test email function is working, mean test email is receiving but when job gets complete i did not receive any email alert? We need it on daily basis as report.

Hello Adnan,

- Is incremental delta enabled for this backup set? Please provide a screen shot of your in-file delta settings (including the advance settings)?
- How large are the files which are always uploading in full?

To help to get clearer picture of your backup problem. Do you mind copying the backup logs to Dropbox, OneDrive, Google drive etc and share the link on this thread?

The mail notifications are sent out at 23:59 AM each day if there are any backup jobs which have completed before 23:59 AM on the same day. Did you select alert option "at 23:59 everyday, even when there are not errors or warnings"?

Hi Rafael,

Thank you for your support. I just changed user from domain admin to local admin and imported the same settings which I configured in domain admin.

Now I am using local admin for mail server backup and keeping it under observation for next auto backup job and alert.

If problem resolves/exists. I'll share the whole detail with you as you requested in earlier reply.

Hi Rafael,
After updating CloudBackoPro patch update mail server backup as well as alerts are working fine.
If any problem arise related to mail server. I’ll let you know.

One more surprising thing which I found on server is that there is not user profile and its domain admin which profile should be (administrator.rizon) where I can find .cbp logs.

Even I checked in Active Directory there is no profile path defined there. But server does not have this user profile. Same use I am using on other server and I can see profile there.

Can you please help and advise what could be the possible reason of it?

I worked with Samuel and he helped a lot.

Thank you for your wonderful help and support. Looks like problem has been sorted. I am keeping server backup under observation. If any problem found. I'll let you know.
