Hello

Based on the extra of the logs you sent us, it seems there is a problem with some of the files previously backed up on the local USB drive.

Failed to move physical backup file, bfFrom='[BackupFile][ClientPath=Microsoft Exchange Server\Microsoft Information Store\KC-MAIL\083b6cab-2f20-4913-b7f9-6de24a87bb6a\components.xml]

During the subsequent backup job when Cloudbacko tried to update these files it was unable to do so, triggering "Failed to move physical backup file" error.

The most common causes of this type of backup error:

1. The file/folder is locked by a third party application or process, for example anti-virus software.
2. The file/folder was deleted by a third party application/process or was manually deleted by mistake.
3. The file/folder may be corrupted due to disk related issues with the local USB drive.

-Is this problem occurring on the OneDrive?

To help to get clearer overall picture of your Exchange backup problem. Do you mind copying the backup logs to Dropbox, OneDrive, Google drive etc and share the link on this thread?

Thanks for the quick reply.

The problem was related to someone changing the external USB drive that the backup was being written to.

Thanks so much for your help.
