Schedule not running

Postby rdr7586 » Wed Jul 09, 2014 2:58 am

I have a weekly and a daily schedule running, neither one is actually working. If I run them manually the backups work just fine. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Please verify if the:

1. The "CloudBacko Pro service" has been started. You can do this in Windows under [Administrative Tools] > [Services] > [CloudBacko Pro Services]

2. The weekly and daily schedule set in your backup set have been applied correctly. You can do this by looking at latest scheduler log ..\.cbp\log\Scheduler\debug.log

The log will show a countdown of the time the next schedule job will run for each backup set, this is normally updated every 5 minutes.

If a backup has been scheduled to run the log will show the backup set name and the time the next backup will run, i.e. [File (1400012161791)] Next backup will run in 2 hr 44 min 1 sec.

If a backup has not been scheduled the log will show the backup set name and status "Schedule not enabled.", i.e. [VMware-2 (1401917299051)] Schedule not enabled.

Example: Debug.log
[2014/06/23 11:38:58][info] [VMware (1397170055518)] Schedule not enabled.
[2014/06/23 11:38:58][info] [File (1400012161791)] Next backup will run in 2 hr 44 min 1 sec.
[2014/06/23 11:38:58][info] [MySQL (1401818085190)] Next backup will run in 8 hr 21 min 1 sec.
[2014/06/23 11:38:58][info] [VMware-2 (1401917299051)] Schedule not enabled.

If you still cannot find the cause, please send us the CloudBacko Pro log files? You can upload them to Dropbox or Google drive and send us the link to download
