backup missed

Hello,

From the debug log, the following message is found.

[2017/01/04 19:00:01][error] [Exchange-1 (1483238505291)] [2017-01-04-19-00-00] Error running backup set Reason = '[WindowsUtil:createProcessAsUserN] Failed to GetUserProfileDirectory for wcDomain='daublaw.com' username='backup'. (2) The system cannot find the file specified.'.

It suggests that the user credentials in “User Authentication for Windows” still incorrect. May I ask if this is the same Windows profile for running Cloudbacko on this machine? If not, please update the Windows authentication with the same Windows profile for this backup set to resolve the problem.
