Cannot stop running backup

currently 2 backups are "in progress". But nothis is happening since several days. I am unable to stop the backups. Even stopping the service or restarting the whole server wont help.

Hi Thomas,

With the "in progress" message. Is this from the reports? and can you confirm if the job is running? i.e. after the restart is there still a bJW.exe process in task manager? If there is, can you have a look at the path

C:\Users\Administrator\.cbp\ipc\BackupSet\{BackupSet ID#}

and check if there is any file called "running"? If the file is present, then please stop your CloudBacko Pro service first and then remove the "running" file. Once done, please restart your service and check if the job is still running after this.

If there no process, then the process has been stopped but the report does not update since the backup has been interrupted.
