Hello,

-Just to confirm there are no other backup applications on your machine which are backing up these files?

Do you mind copying the backup logs to your Dropbox, OneDrive, Google drive etc and share the link on this thread? The log will allow us to get a better idea of what happening during your backup job.

Please refer to our FAQ "Where are the CloudBacko backup and restore logs located?" https://forum.cloudbacko.com/viewtopic.php?f=58&t=233

Hello,

The translation of the error is "The specified network name is no longer available" for that particular backup job

This indicates that CloudBacko was unable access the file(s) selected for backup on your specified source destination which is a network drive during the backup job. The most common reasons for this issue are; network connection issues between the server and network drive or the network drive was not responding to a connection attempt by the server.

Do you mind copying the backup logs to your Dropbox, OneDrive, Google drive etc and share the link on this thread? The log will allow us to get a better idea of what happening during your backup job and if there any other issues which may affecting your backups.

Hi,

I have done some tests.

I had excluded all my *.wmv Files from Backup. Then the Backup finished successfully. -> see Log File 2015-02-07-07-22-23.log

Then I run the Backup Job again. Then the Problem occurs again. The Files which where backuped in the previous backup are included in the new backup again. -> see Log File 2015-02-08-13-47-23.log

Example.
Log entry from Log File 2015-02-07-07-22-23.log

[2015/02/07 11:10:56] [info] [1419706989800] [New File]... 100% of "\\FRITZ\Fritz\TOSHIBA-MK1059GSM-01\Doks\LK\Backup Samsung S3\DCIM\Camera\20131013_153818.jpg"

Log entry from Log File 2015-02-08-13-47-23.log

[2015/02/08 17:13:34] [info] [1419706989800] [New File]... 100% of "\\FRITZ\Fritz\TOSHIBA-MK1059GSM-01\Doks\LK\Backup Samsung S3\DCIM\Camera\20131013_153818.jpg"

The Files havent been changed between the two backups.

Because of this behaviour, I have several Problem.

You can find the Log-Files on my OneDrive.

Hi,

As the backup is re-uploading files that has already been backed up, this could suggest that the index file is not being updated with the correct information. So when the next backup run, it is not seeing the files has previously uploaded.

To check if this is the case, could you provide us with a copy of the index files? It would be located under a folder such as

C:\Temp\CloudBacko Lite\1419706809264

if you can zip up the content of the folder and send us the link to the file, we shall check on the index file.

Please try installing the 1.9.0.10 hotfix. This should fix this problem

1. Make sure you are on at least 1.9.0.0
2. Download http://s3.amazonaws.com/CloudBacko/unof ... 0x/bin.zip
3. Shutdown CloudBacko Windows Services
4. Expand the files inside bin.zip to "C:\Program Files\CloudBacko Pro" or "C:\Program Files\CloudBacko Lite"
5. Startup CloudBacko Windows Services
6. Open CloudBacko GUI to run backup again

Hello,

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. We may have found the cause of the problem, there will be an official release v1.9.2.0 in the next few days.

Please update to v1.9.2.0 when available and then run a data integrity check on your data first before running a backup job.

Please use the [Utilities] -> [Data Integrity Check] function to check the backup data integrity. After that, run backup again to see if the same happens.

Hi,
I did a Data Integrity Check several times until it finished with status OK. Problem already exist.

Now I will run a new Data Integrety Check but now also with CRC. Maybe this helps.

Do you need the LogFiles again?

Hi,

the Data Integry Check with CRC had an Error. CloudBacko says that the Index File on OneDrive is corrupted and that it is required to delete all files in the destination. (see attatchment.

Is it right that i have to delete all by backuped files on onedrive? than i have to upload 250 GB again. That is not funny :-(

Did you check the [Run Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) during data integrity check] option ? You don't need this to verify the index.

[ScoketException] is usually caused by traffic throttling on the server side, in case this by OneDrive ? This may or may not happen again when you run the data integrity check again.

Please disable the CRC option and run the data integrity check job again.

If this doesn't fix the problem, can you create a backup set just to backup the directories having the problem to see if the problem persists ?
