OneDrive - iChunkNo too large [SOLVED]

Hello,

I am backing up to OneDrive and I am getting the following error:

[b] [CloudFileSystem.getPaddedNumber] iChunkNo (2147483647) too large

Log file is attached.

This error occurred because I added a Videos folder (which is quite large in size) and as it was taking a long time to backup, I cancelled the backup and then excluded it from the backup set. Then I ran the backup again, at which point it is now trying to delete the excluded Videos folder, but it can't due to the above error.

Please could you help?

Hello,

-Can you tell us approximately how many video files are located in the "D:\Documents\My Videos\BBC iPlayer Downloads" folder?
-How larges are these video files?
-You mentioned "a Videos folder (which is quite large in size) and as it was taking a long time to backup, I cancelled the backup" - how many files were successfully uploaded before you cancelled the backup job? Do you mind posting the backup log?

There are just 2 files. One is an .mp4 and the other is a .xml file.

The .mp4 is 644MB and the .xml is 114KB.

It was mid uploading the .mp4 file when I cancelled the backup job from what I recall.

It was found that there is something wrong with obtaining the full path for partially uploaded files. Please try the following. This should stop the problem.

1. Make sure you are on at least 1.9.0.0
2. Download http://s3.amazonaws.com/CloudBacko/unof ... 0x/bin.zip
3. Shutdown CloudBacko Windows Services
4. Expand the files inside bin.zip to "C:\Program Files\CloudBacko Pro" or "C:\Program Files\CloudBacko Lite"
5. Startup CloudBacko Windows Services
6. Open CloudBacko GUI to run backup again

Yes that fixed it!
The backup has now completed successfully and deleted the "D:\Documents\My Videos\BBC iPlayer Downloads" folder.
