Direct Run Error to Restore

Running into this error.. Virtual Disk Service is running.

Any Idea? Please Help

Hello,

To help us looking into this further, could you please provide us with the Cloudbacko log files for investigation

Do you mind copying the backup logs to Dropbox, OneDrive, Google drive etc and share the link on this thread?

Hello,

I have attempted to download the log files from your Google drive link but it prompts for the permission from owner. Would you please provide another link without the need of permission? Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for the log files. I have noticed that your are running CBK v2.1.0.0. Would you please upgrade to v2.3.0.0 and try the restore again?

After that, please also enable the VMware debug option by editing the $CBK\afc.opt file?

1. Open afc.opt with a text editor
2. Edit the following entry:
com.ahsay.afc.vmware.vddk.debug=true
3. run "RunCB.bat 1>debug.log 2>&1" under directory "APP_HOME"/bin from command prompts to capture the full console output.

Please run the restore in debug mode and send us the debug.log and restore log for further investigation.

There is no com.ahsay.afc.vmware.vddk.debug=

Please add the debug entry to the afc.opt file if there is no one.

I am getting the same error but its not showing me any log files under the backkset set folder under restoreset.. I even made a new temp folder but there is nothing in it.

Hi ,

In such case, could you send us the edited "$CBK\afc.opt" file?

Also, could you try to run the "RunCB.bat" to start CBK and run the backup to see if there are any output on the command prompt console? If yes, you can try run it again by "RunCB.bat > debug.log" and send us the "debug.log" file after the backup completed.
