emails ok, backup not

Postby mxCorbit » Mon Jul 04, 2016 10:58 pm

We have cloudbacko lite running.

Everyday weg get and check the mail cloudbacko is sending us.
Everyday the mail says 0 errors and 0 warnings.

Today we had to restore a map. When we try to do this we get an error concerning the blockfile.init (Missing bdb file while journal files exist)
When I go and check the repports from the last 2 weeks they all say interruptes or missed but the mails always say everything is ok!?

How is such a thing possible?
And what can we do to fix this.

I'll upload the logs as soon as possible.
To be clear. I am not asking to resolve the backup/restore issue.
I want to know why the mail says all is succesful and the reports say interrupted.

thanks

Hello,

Thank you for your clarification. About the report issue, I believe that this is similar to the one being reported in following post:

Our development is currently working on this issue.
