Credit card charge

I order the cloudbacko lite through your software. I receive the information " The credit card payment for your CloudBacko invoice #CC-101872 failed because of the following reason: CVN failed"

But I found that my credit card was charged for several times.

The charge amount should have been refunded to you immediately by our system after the CVN error. It may require some time for this information to appear in your bank account, depending on your process of your bank. Please contact your bank again to confirm this.
