Hello,

After 2 months of waiting for my forum account to be approved I am finally here.

I have PMed user: CB.Support.Manager with my purchasing proof.

Please advise.

Hello,

As checked your license record, there is no VMware Backup module purchased. May I ask if you have created a VMware backup with the host running 2 CPU sockets? If so, please purchase 2 VMware backup module from Cloudbacko [Buy] option to resolve this problem.

Hello,

To help us looking into this further, could you please provide us with the Cloudbacko client log files for our investigation?

You can copy the log files to Dropbox, OneDrive, Google drive etc and share the link on this thread for us to download?

Thank you for the log files. I have noticed that you have 1 VMware backup running with VDDK mode.

Since your license do not have VMware backup module purchased, your license has been deactivated on 16th Oct. To re-active it, please send us your license information by PM. Moreover, you need to purchase the VMware backup module in order to run the VM backup again.
