License hasnt worked in 6 months

OK, I have been having licensing issue for 6 months now, now I am not always in this location but I seem to get a run around. even with the PM doesnt work. I sent one a little while ago and is still sitting in the outbox. I can never attach the file that is requested, will some one please help me??????????????

May i ask what is the problem with your license? Can you please PM me your invoice number for our investigation?

No I can't PM you.. Your system doesn't send the message.. I've got 2 messages still in the outbox.. This support land very good.. I can't tell you if the product is.. Its only worked for about a month.. I'm done.. I'll never recommend
