Cannot activate license. [Solved]

Hello Support,

I am getting the following error in CLoudBacko Pro. ( I have purchased the Pro license ).

Your license cannot be activated. To continue using CloudBackupo Pro, please refresh your license.

I push the Refresh license button, and get the following error message.

Failed to refresh license.

If I look in the log files. I get the following error.

It appears my pro license did not get applied.

I was going to reinstall but the application does not allow me to get to the license tab and get the other part of the license.

Please help...

Hello,

May I ask which CBK version are you running? Can you try reboot the machine and reinstall the Client again?

I think its resolved now, I got an email to reactivate my license and would give me 14 days to fix the non compliant license, I had 'WIndows System Module' installed for the trail and when I bought the license I did not include the 'Systems module', I had gotten complaints that I was out of compliance so I removed the offending backup set and thought I was solved then got those error messages... So hopefully I don't get this message again otherwise I may need to re-install everything.
