No activation file received

No activation file received

I never received An activation file. License Key: ********-****-****-XXXXXXXXXXX.
Invoice number XXXXXXX. (Edit by Admin for privacy reasons)

Could You please resend the activation file ?

Hello,

The activation file is sent immediately to the registered email address when a license key is applied in CloudBacko.

Have you checked if:

1. the email has been classified as spam
2. you SMTP server has blocked any incoming emails from *.cloudbacko.com

Can you try applying the license key again on CloudBacko? This will trigger the activation file to be resent.
