Invalid License due reinstalling

Hi All,
I've a problem with my license key.
I removed the software from the old server and resintalled on the new one but using the half part of the license I found in the invoice and the half part already present in the new installation I got "Invalid License Key"

Any sugestion?

Can you send us your invoice no and second half of the license key via PM?
