ordered 5 licenses, non are working

Hi,

Please help!

We ordered 5 licenses (order#CC-104877) pro versions, but non are working, all disabled.

We installed it on 4 computers. how can we solve this?
We can't do backups, now.

We are currently looking into your license problems our recorded initially indicate the license has been deactivated due to some license violation.

Can you provide us with a screen shot of the license violation errors shown on CloudBacko?

Hello,

Your license key has now been We have re-activated. Our records show there was a license violation in the MS SQL Server module.

Please either remove the MS SQL Server backup set or purchase the MS SQL Server module as soon as possible, otherwise you license key will be automatically deactivated.

Again, Please unlock the software. We have still problems with licenses!!

We can't do backups now , this is a problem!

Hello Jurriaan,

According to our records your CloudBacko license is still active.

Can you try restarting CloudBacko Service under Windows [Administrative Tools]>[Services]>[CloudBacko Pro Services] and see if this will resolve the problem?

If you are still having license issues please provide us with further details on what problems or errors you are experiencing with the licenses?

To help to get clearer picture of your license issue. Do you mind copying the CloudBacko logs to Dropbox, OneDrive, Google drive etc and share the link on this thread?

Yes,we get a red error screen without an error text. Starting de programm doesnt work. Restarting service is also not working.

What to do?

Hello Jurriaan,

Can you provide us with further details of setup of the machines.

-Which Windows version are they running?
-Are the machine connecting to the internet via a proxy server?
-Is there any anti-virus or security software installed on these machines?
-On the affected Cloudbacko machines can you open a web browser and see if you can load the following URL https://lic.cloudbacko.com/clsIndex.htm

To help to get clearer picture of your license issue. Do you mind copying the CloudBacko system logs which can be located in C:\users\{username}\.cbl\log\system folder and upload them to Dropbox, OneDrive, Google drive etc and share the link on this thread?
