Can´t use my License after HDD Crash [SOLVED]

Hi Guys,

my PC had an HDD Crash and I need to reinstall all Programms (Cloudbacko Included)

After reinstalling Cloudbacko Lite during the activation of my licenskey Cloudbacko
tells me "You have entered an invalid license key"

What i´m doing wrong? I took the second half of the lincenskey of my invice and combined it.
Do I need other steps then reinstalling Cloudbacko Lite and inter the license-key?

Is it possible that my license is not valid with CBO 2.1?

It would be nice if you could help me with this... I need a lot of files from my Backup ...

If you need more informations please tell me.

Hello Rattle.

Your CloudBacko license key is fully compatible with v1 and v2 (with some exception on CloudBacko Pro for VMware/Hyper-V modules please refer to this thread for details viewforum.php?f=93

Is the first part of the license key taken from your machine before it crashed? If you do not have a record of the first part of license key please send me proof of purchase, i.e. invoice number of second part of your license key by PM (personal message.
