Hi Folks,

Re: License Key "********-****-****-b61d-6610e615d544"

We have searched all of our customers and do not know where the license violation is being generated from.
Please regenerate a 4 license key and I will install in all machines. Once done you may permanently deactivate the old key.

Or advise how to find the erroneous key.

Hello Mark,

Our apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

From our investigation we have found that the license violation is caused by extra usage of VMware Modules.

Your license key has 4 VMware modules but we have detected usage on 5 VMware hosts:

1. CloudBacko Pro on machine with hostname BWA-Backup is connecting to one VMware host
2. CloudBacko Pro on machine with hostname ADEPTCA-BACKUP is connecting to one VMware host
3. CloudBacko Pro on machine with hostname vdesk is connecting to one VMware host
4. CloudBacko Pro on machine with hostname FPSA-Backup is connection to two VMware hosts:
i. 10.1.0.15 (VMware ESXi 5.5.0)
ii. 10.1.0.25 (VMware ESXi 5.5.0)
