Trying to buy

Hi I have been trying out your software as a backup solution for a School for Autistic Children.

I have encountered 2 issues:
1- My scheduled backup won't run with the error from the logs showing:

2- I figure that based on the error message i would need to buy the software but when I click the buy button I get an error message saying:
Cannot connect to the server to get purchase order.

Because we are a school we do block certain sites. I can access the cloudbacko website, is there another site I should whitelist to be able to communicate with the license server?

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in CloudBacko.

The trial period is for 30 days, if you have not exceed 30 days you can still continue to use without purchasing.

The CloudBacko application connects to the license server lic.cloudbacko.com via port 443, you can the following URL https://lic.cloudbacko.com/clsIndex.htm in a browser on the CloudBacko to verify if your firewall is blocking outbound access

To resolve this " [License Error] Trial not available for machine not connected to Internet." issue, please try restarting the CloudBacko services. I am assuming you have installed CloudBacko on Windows, so you need to go to Windows [Administrative Tools]>[Services]>[CloudBacko Pro Services] and restart the service.

After restarting the service check in the debug.log if the "Trial not available for machine not connected to Internet." message have cleared and schedule a backup job to verify.
