CloudBacko License Info [SOLVED]

The screen in CloudBacko is telling me to check for an email titled "CloudBacko License Info" and import the attached License File to here. I have no such email, and no such license file. How do I get this?

The license activation file is emailed to you almost immediately. Please check your spam folder and or if the email address entered is correct.

Almost immediately, I received emails with a subjects of:
CloudBacko Invoice #CC-xxxxxx
Payment successful for CloudBacko Invoice #CC-xxxxxx
but nothing that says CloudBacko License Info.

It's been 8 days since I posted this ticket. Please resolve this today or give me a refund for the license that I purchased and cannot use. My trial has expired, it's been over two weeks since I had a good backup with this product.

From our investigation it appears your SMTP server is blocking incoming emails from *.cloudbacko.com

Do you mind re-starting CloudBacko and applying the license key again? This should trigger a new activation file to be sent to you.
