We are having trouble with purchasing the licenses required for our expired trial

Hi,

We are having trouble with purchasing the licenses required for our expired trial.

I have upgraded to the latest version, and am now being asked for prices according to the latest schedule, however when I attempt to complete the payment I get the following error:

"Payment failed, the reason is: Cannot transfer invoice to new user"

When I click the "Contact our Sales" button, it takes me to a web form at http://www.cloudbacko.com/form/sales-enquiry.jsp which will not submit, it just times out.

- Are using CloudBacko Pro or Lite v2.1.0.0?
- Which operating system is CloudBacko installed on, i.e. Windows or Mac OS X?
- What is the country/region setting of the machine?
- Which add on modules did you select?
- Have you tried a different credit card?

Do you mind providing us with a screen shot of the error?

6 (originally 3) vmware

- Have you tried a different credit card?

Not possible

No, still get the same error:
