ongoing issues with Cloudbacko licensing

I have had ongoing issues with Cloudbacko licensing... up to this point, I've been helped by Johnny (with success as I better understand the Cloudbacko licensing model).

I am paying for ONE vmware license. Recently, I've had an issue where Cloudbacko believes I am connected to a VMWare ESXi host AND a VCenter server, even though both connections are to the SAME ONE ESXi host. I have taken screenshots and can provide them in a private message.

I have been trying to message Johnny, but have had no response. Please advise who to contact for support as I can't have Cloudbacko be deactivated again.
