License not working

Hi!

When I try to run CloudBacko, the following message appears: "Your trial period has expired. To continue using CloudBacko Pro, please buy a full version, or import license file."

However, I have bought a license some months ago. I can recover the second part of the License Number, but not the first one. How can I recover it?

Please can you send us the second part of the license and invoice no by PM (personal message) as proof of purchase?
