License Violation

Hi - It says I have a license violation and I can't access my CloudBacko anymore.
I have attached the license info
Can you tell me how I can get this reset so I can have a backup.
Also - when you click on the link the system tells you to.. it goes to a 404 - page not found!

When did the license violation error start?

As the license information may contain personal details, please can you send your invoice no, license key, and a screen shot(s)of the problem to me via PM (personal message).

You can upload any screens shots to your DropBox, OneDrive, Google Drive account and include the download link in the PM.
