Refresh trial key

Hello,
we installed a trial version of CloudBacko on a customer’s Lotus Domino server, but it was unable to backup due to logging problems. The IT staff who follow the server managed to fix the problem on the Lotus Domino, but by the time they did the job the trial version was expired so we were unable to test your product.
Is it possible to have a new trial key of CloudBacko Server? Otherwise we can’t test if it works properly or not.
