Still showing Trial Version

I think I may have reinstall the program on my computer. I have already purchased the license and have the receipt for it. But when I look at it, I can see that I have no purchase history and my program says "Trial..."

What do I need to do to get my license back again?

Hi aiminv,

I am assuming from your other post that the license was purchased on another machine that is no longer working. If that is the case, to apply your licenses key please follow the steps in the following FAQ "How do I apply a license key to a new CloudBacko Pro/Lite installation?" viewtopic.php?f=31&t=295

If you are unsure of your full license key details, can you PM me your invoice number that would have been emailed to you and also the partial license key details that you have.
