License Violation

Hello I have bought the cloud backo pro with 1 software key and 1 VMware module.

I have two ESXI hosts but both VM's I am backing up are on just one host. I am using vcenter to connect to host though Backo.

I do not know why I would be getting this error.

The Error is saying I need to buy another VMware module.

Hi rholbein,

So CloudBacko is connected to vCenter for the backups of the VMs? Can you advise on how many backup set is present at the moment? To understand the issue better, could you provide us with the system log files? do you mind copying the system logs to Dropbox, OneDrive, Google drive etc and share the link on this thread for us to download?
