CloudBacko Pro software has been DISABLED [SOLVED]

hi,

I having problum to start the program it is DISABLED !!

"All your installed CloudBacko Pro software has been DISABLED because you haven't fixed the License Violation problem within the extended grace period".
This is the masagge that i gating.

Hello Oren,

Please send us proof of purchase (invoice no and license key) by PM (personal message).

You also need to provide us with information about the license violation:

i. Which date did the license violation warning start?
ii. Which modules is CloudBacko Pro reporting the violations on?
iii. Can you confirm you have fixed the license violations? On which date did you fix it?

Hi Oren,

It appears that the problem is the license have been used on more than one CloudBacko installation. If you have already received a message about the license violation, can you confirm if you have uninstalled CloudBacko installation on the second machine?

Yes i alrady uninstall the secound machine and it don'st help.
still i getting the same massage.

Hi orenh,

Thank you for the update. Your license key has been re-activated. To clear this on your system, can you restart your CBP service to clear the current error by going to [Administrative Tools]>[Services]>[CloudBacko Pro Services] and restart the service for the changes to take effect.
