Suddenly all backup jobs fail with same error [#16869][Resolved]

Postby mirekmal » Thu Mar 16, 2017 3:44 pm

Hello!
Since 2 days all my backup jobs started to fail and all of them with exactly the same error message:
Failed to run schedule backup, backup set \"ESXI Settings to WD MyCloud(1472105713876)\" , \"WD MyCloud(1472105996745)\". Reason=\"[1472105996745] [d] Failed to initialize RemoteBDB.Cloud. Error=[CloudManager.ListFilesTask.run] Failed to list '1472105713876/blocks', caused by [RuntimeException] [CloudManager.ListFilesTask.run] Failed to list '1472105713876/blocks', caused by [d] [CachedCloudService.list] Failed to list from cache, sPath: 1472105713876/blocks, caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: can't parse argument number: bCompleted=false, caused by [IllegalArgumentException] can't parse argument number: bCompleted=false, caused by [NumberFormatException] For input string: \"bCompleted=false\"\""
I'm not 100% sure (do not recall detail), but I think it started with upgrade to v 2.5.
please advise how to get this fixed!
Best regards,
Mirekmal

Hello,

To help us looking into this issue, could you please provide us with the Cloudbacko client log files for our investigation?

You can copy the log files to Dropbox, OneDrive, Google drive etc and share the link on this thread for us to download?

Please refer to our FAQ "Where are the CloudBacko backup and restore logs located?" viewtopic.php?f=58&t=233

Hi mirekmal,

The hotfix is available for this case.

The fix is based on v2.5.0.0 or above,
you need to patch your CloudBacko Pro / Lite to v2.5.0.0 before applying the hotfix:

FAQ: How do I update my CloudBacko installation to the latest version?
viewtopic.php?f=58&t=73

Please download the hotfix here:
http://download.ahsay.com/dev/hot-fixes ... k16869.zip

After that, please apply the above hotfix by following the instruction below:
1. Close CloudBacko Pro interface
2. Stop CloudBacko Pro service
3. Extract the hotfix into $CBP_HOME to overwrite the existing "bin" folder
4. Restart CloudBacko Pro service

Kindly check if the problem is resolved and let us know.

Thanks.
