E-mail reporting date is not correct

Hi,

I have CloudBacko installed on several servers and in some of them the date of the reports is not correct. For example today today 2016-12-01 I received the following:

1) CloudBacko Pro experienced 73 errors and 0 warnings when backing up your computer "SERVIDOR (192.168.1.10)" during 2015-08-14 ~ 2016-09-23.

2) CloudBacko Pro experimentado 2 errores y 0 avisos cuando respaldes tu equipo "SERVIDOR (172.26.0.2)" durante 2016-11-11 ~ 2016-11-12.

3) CloudBacko Pro experimentado 1 errores y 0 avisos cuando respaldes tu equipo "LABORALSERV (192.168.1.2)" durante 2016-11-02.


This has happened to me for a long time and always comes with the same wrong date.

Hello,

May I ask which Cloudbacko version are you currently using? Could you please provide us with the Cloudbacko client log files for our investigation? Do you mind copying the backup logs to Dropbox, OneDrive, Google drive etc and share the link on this thread for us to download?

Hello,

Thank you for the log files. However, there is no message in system log to indicate the date issue. To help us looking into this further, would you please also forward us the email reports?

Alternatively, is it possible to provide us with the Teamviewer access of the affected client machine? If so, can you PM me with the session id/password?
